Elite X Pest Control ("Elite X", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote or use our services, and how we use, store and protect it.

• Your name, phone number and email address when you submit a quote request or contact form.
• Your property address, so we can schedule inspections and treatments.
• Details of the pest problem you describe to us, so we can prepare an accurate quote.
• Basic technical information such as browser type, collected automatically when you visit our site.

Why we collect it

• To respond to quote requests and provide accurate pricing.
• To schedule inspections, treatments and follow-up visits.
• To communicate service reports, invoices and SLA documentation to commercial clients.
• To comply with our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your personal information secure against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Access to client information is limited to Elite X staff who need it to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by South African law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
